Payment-


What forms of payment do you except?
We currently only except payment via Pay Pal, However you can use your credit or debit cards when paying with Pay Pal.


Shipping-


How much will my shipping charges be?
Shipping is one flat rate of $5.00 on all orders under $35.00. Any order over $35.00 receives FREE SHIPPING! I always love getting free shipping so i want to give my customers the chance to get it too!


How soon will my items ship?
Items will ship with in 2 business days of the time you place your order. There may be times this is not possible (i.e. holidays or if I'm on vacation) if this is the case you will receive an e-mail from me stating when your order will ship.


How are the items shipped and packaged?
I ship all my orders using USPS Priority Mail with delivery conformations and tracking numbers. This insures a timely delivery and allows you to track your own package. I package all my items secure in a box as to avoid any damage or bending of your items. Please see below if you do receive a damaged item.


Do you ship internationally?
At this time I am unable to ship internationally.


Refunds and Exchanges


What is your return policy?
Refunds and Exchanges will only be given on items that are in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE CONDITION. You must contact me with in 10 days of purchase to negotiate a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to me. Refund will be given via Pay Pal once items are received and inspected. If you are exchanging an item the new item will ship as soon as the original item is received, inspected and the new shipping charges have been paid.


What if my items are damaged during shipping?
If an item is damaged upon arrival to you I will refund the cost of the item but NOT shipping costs upon receiving the damaged item back. I take great care in packaging my items to be sure they arrive to you just they way i sent them. but i know sometimes things happen please let me know as soon as you receive a damaged item and we can work out the details of a return or exchange.

I take great pride in all my products. I use quality products and make every effort to make sure that what you receive is exactly what you purchased. If for some reason you are unhappy with an item or are missing parts please contact me and i will make every possible effort to make things right for you!
